n 4-6thOctober, Deepak Nitrite installed a stall at India Chem 2018, basically to showcase their products and a wide range of Phenolics. Customer and audience engagement was done by a live twitter wall and daily social media posts. The posts were trending with #PhenolForIndia and #DeepakGroupCo. The inauguration was done by the Minister of Roads & logistics Hon.Nitin Gadkari with a delightful and astounding speech. The factor that played an important role in the event was the speaker session of Deepak Mehta, C&MD Deepak Nitrite Ltd. He spoke at different sessions which were the Inaugural session, FICCI Chemical and Petrochemical Awards and India Japan Chemical and Petrochemical Forum.The event groundwork started quite before and in full swing. The buzz required was created through various platforms,
which requires a lot of preparation which was taken by all our team. Marketing strategies, deliverables, and Social Media Marketing strategy was all planned and executed well. This campaign was a huge responsibility on us and accordingly we gave our best to accomplish it. Social media marketing strategies involved content planning, their different category buckets, which included content for different social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Content plan was made along with visuals. The creative which had all the relevant information and designed particularly for India Chem event.The Indian chemical industry is at the threshold of rapid growth with the Government of India providing an atmosphere of support and encouragement.
The venue was chosen keeping in mind, the audience – Bombay Exhibition Center attracts the most upmarket and happening crowd from Mumbai. Buyers and sellers across the globe were ready to interact face to face and build a network.
Consumer engagement quotient soared rocket-high with live twitter wall which was set at Deepak Nitrite stall at India Chem. It had all the information of every bit happening in the event. This wall was broadcasting the live tweets done with#PhenolForIndia and #DeepakGroupCo hastags.FICCI celebrated excellence and success at the Chemicals & Petrochemicals Awards.
Deepak Group were essentially showcasing products at the India Chem booth. Social Media Marketing plan was the important card to play its role which helped us gain the expected target.
Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn were used whereas live tweeting was done the event day. The promotion started 10 days before the event where we had our content plan along with visuals for posting. Content was created in different buckets which helped us give an equal share to every information required to be posted.
The Handle used for creating buzz and promoting event was @DeepakGroupCo. The Twitter handle of Deepak Nitrite gained an increased reach of 3895 accounts in 4 days. The use of the hash tags was importantly made to increase the scope of reach. The #PhenolForIndia gained 20506 impressions and 3,751 accounts were reached whereas #DeepakGroupCo gained 17,221 impressions and 3,880 accounts were reached in the 3 days period.And the total number of impressions made was 57,000. Digital media platforms were used to make it huge. The main objective of Deepak Nitrite was to increase the enrollment largest event of Chemicals and Petrochemical Industry in India, in its 10th edition i.e. India Chem 2018 was organized from 4-6th October 2018 jointly by the Department of Chemical and Petrochemicals Government of India and FICCI.
