The most crucial objective behind participating in the India Chem series was to increase the visibility of Deepak Nitrite at the event. Highlighting some of the outstanding contributions of Deepak Nitrite to the country’s chemical industry and giving a fillip to the “Make in India” initiative of the Government of India.
Which required a lot of preparation which was taken by our team. Marketing strategies, deliverables, and Social Media Marketing strategy were all planned and executed well. This campaign was a massive responsibility for us; accordingly, we did our best to accomplish it. Social media marketing strategies involve content planning and their different category buckets, including content for social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. A content plan was made along with visuals. The creative had all the relevant information and was designed mainly for the India Chem event. The Indian chemical industry is at the threshold of rapid growth, with the Government of India providing an atmosphere of support and encouragement.
The venue was chosen to keep in mind the audience – the Bombay Exhibition Center attracts the most upscale and happening crowd from Mumbai. Buyers and sellers across the globe were ready to interact face-to-face and build a network.
Deepak Group was essentially showcasing products at the India Chem booth. Social Media Marketing plan was a necessary card to play its role which helped us gain the expected target.
The promotion started 10 days before the event when we had our content plan and visuals for posting. The content was created in different buckets, which helped us give an equal share of every information required to be posted. Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn were used, whereas live tweeting was done on the event day.
The use of hashtags was importantly made to increase the scope of reach. The Handle used for creating buzz and promoting the event was @DeepakGroupCo. The Twitter handle of Deepak Nitrite gained an increased reach of 3,895 accounts in 4 days. The #PhenolForIndia gained 20,506 impressions, and 3,751 accounts were reached, whereas #DeepakGroupCo gained 17,221 impressions, and 3,880 accounts were reached in the 3 days. And the total number of impressions made was 57,000. Digital media platforms were used to make it huge.
The main objective of Deepak Nitrite was to increase the enrollment largest event of the Chemicals and Petrochemical Industry in India, in its 10th edition, i.e., India Chem 2018 was organized from 4-6th October 2018 jointly by the Department of Chemical and Petrochemicals Government of India and FICCI.
FICCI celebrated excellence and success at the Chemicals & Petrochemicals Awards. Consumer engagement quotient soared rocket-high with the live Twitter wall set at Deepak Nitrite stall at India Chem. This wall broadcasts live tweets with #PhenolForIndia and #DeepakGroupCo hashtags. It had all the information on every bit happening in the event.
